The Society for Hungarian Philately (APS Affiliate #34) is a non-profit organization chartered under the laws of the State of Connecticut in the USA and is devoted to the study of every aspect of Hungarian philately. The society presently has members living throughout the United States and Canada and other countries worldwide.
The Society is organized to promote the collecting of stamps and the study of the postal history of Hungary and related areas.
Believing that collectors cannot attain the best enjoyment of their hobby in isolation, the Society strives through the media of its publications and its local chapters to create a spirit of fraternity among its members, to encourage research and study through mutual exchange of information and assistance, and to promote interest in this branch of philately. |
